Over the span of several years RAIN went through different phases, leaders and product creation.

In 2024, a new CEO was appointed: Paul Tabor. ​Allan works alongside Paul and other key team members to enable RAIN Wellbeing to become a global premium wellness brand with multiple branches.
​
Once the direct-to-consumer platform went live and light-level marketing proved a demand for RAIN Flow State Mushrooms (a hero product), the path was set to source and appoint the right team to take RAIN into retail and beyond.
